Terms of Service
Last updated August 17, 2026
These terms explain what ClickCraft makes, what you must supply, how approval works, and where responsibility sits when a listing film is ordered.
The service
ClickCraft turns customer-supplied real-estate photographs and approved materials into edited, AI-assisted walkthrough-style property films. The result is not a physical camera tour, measured scan, appraisal, inspection, floor plan, or promise about a property.
Your package, add-ons, included photo limit, quoted price, and any written scope shown at checkout form part of these terms.
Your authority
You represent that you have permission to reproduce, adapt, animate, edit, distribute, and authorize ClickCraft and its production providers to process every file you submit. Do not submit media, music, logos, personal information, or listing material you are not authorized to use.
You remain responsible for brokerage, seller, photographer, copyright, privacy, advertising, fair-housing, MLS, and platform approvals applicable to the final publication.
Truthful motion
Generative video can alter small visual details. ClickCraft reviews output against supplied references and may replace an unstable shot with more conservative motion, request another photo, omit a scene, or decline work that cannot meet the fidelity standard. No process can guarantee that generated intermediate frames will reproduce every pixel or label exactly.
Floor-plan animation requires a licensed floor plan supplied by you. ClickCraft does not invent rooms, dimensions, openings, views, fixtures, or property facts.
Payment and production
Payment is collected before source upload and production. Turnaround estimates begin only after payment and receipt of usable, correctly permissioned materials. Missing files, unclear photo order, added scope, delayed answers, or replacement media can move the delivery date.
Rush timing is subject to source-photo preflight. Taxes or payment-provider requirements may apply at checkout.
Proof and revisions
Each listed package currently includes one consolidated revision round. A revision adjusts the approved scope; a new route, replacement photo set, additional rooms, materially different creative direction, or new format can require a new quote.
You must review the proof for property accuracy, contact details, branding, MLS requirements, and publication suitability before approval. Approval authorizes final delivery.
Ownership and license
You keep ownership of your source materials. After full payment, ClickCraft grants you a non-exclusive license to use and distribute the delivered final videos for the listing and your related marketing, subject to third-party rights in supplied assets.
ClickCraft retains its production methods, reusable templates, software, and general know-how. Your property media will not be published as portfolio work without separate permission.
Limits
The service is provided using evolving software and third-party infrastructure. Except where law requires otherwise, ClickCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, missed listing opportunities, platform rejection, or decisions based on the video. ClickCraft’s aggregate liability for an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Related policies
The Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and AI Disclosure are incorporated into this working agreement. ClickCraft may update these terms prospectively; the version presented when you order governs that order unless both sides agree otherwise in writing.
