What the film is—and is not
AI Disclosure
Last updated August 17, 2026
ClickCraft creates generated motion between supplied real-estate photographs. The creative promise is movement; the factual boundary is the property you actually supplied.
What is generated
AI video tools may create intermediate camera motion, parallax, transitions, openings, effects, and visual connections between supplied reference frames. Editing, sequencing, reframing, sound design, and finishing may combine automated and human-directed methods.
What it is not
- Not footage recorded by a camera moving through the property.
- Not a measured 3D scan, virtual-tour capture, inspection, appraisal, or architectural record.
- Not proof that two rooms connect unless the supplied material or client direction supports that route.
- Not a substitute for visiting the property or verifying listing facts.
Fidelity standard
ClickCraft compares generated scenes with supplied references and rejects or replaces visibly unstable results. Conservative motion is used when a more ambitious transition would misrepresent the property. Even reviewed AI output can soften or alter small text, foliage, reflections, decor, texture, lighting, or geometry between anchor frames.
No invented floor plan is used. Floor-plan animation requires a licensed client-supplied source.
Your final review
The client must verify every proof before publication, including address numbers, fixtures, room order, views, logos, contact details, and any statements implied by the edit. Tell ClickCraft about a factual concern during the included revision round.
Disclosure at publication
Rules differ by MLS, brokerage, platform, advertising channel, and location. The client decides where the final video will be published and is responsible for any required label or disclosure. When in doubt, describe it accurately as an “AI-assisted property film made from listing photos,” not as a filmed tour or 3D scan.
No hidden performance claim
ClickCraft does not promise that AI media will increase a sale price, listing speed, views, leads, or platform ranking. Portfolio examples demonstrate editing style, not guaranteed performance or a guarantee that every property can support the same effects.
