Refund Policy
Last updated August 17, 2026
The refund rule follows the work: early cancellation is simple, completed production is paid, and an unusable fidelity result is never forced on the client.
Before production
Cancel before ClickCraft begins photo preflight or production and the order is eligible for a full refund. Send the request from the ordering email and include the order number.
After work begins
Once preflight or production has started but before the first proof is delivered, up to 50% of the order may be refunded. The retained portion covers completed direction, generation, editing, processing, and quality review.
After the first proof is delivered, the order is not normally refundable; the included consolidated revision remains available.
Fidelity failure
If ClickCraft determines that the supplied photos cannot produce a truthful, publishable result within the purchased scope, you may choose a reasonable replacement approach, store credit, or a refund for the undeliverable portion. If no usable property film can be delivered at all, the base service is refunded.
Scope and client delays
Refunds are not provided because a listing changes, a client misses a publication date, approval is delayed, source rights are unavailable, or a platform or MLS rejects content under its own rules. Added photos, changed routes, replacement source sets, and new creative direction are scope changes rather than defects.
Rush and add-ons
If ClickCraft accepts a rush fee and then misses the agreed rush window for reasons within ClickCraft’s control, the rush fee is refundable. An add-on that has not entered production can be canceled; completed reframing, social cuts, or other deliverables follow the same production-stage rules above.
How refunds return
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank posting time is outside ClickCraft’s control. Chargebacks do not replace the support and refund process; contact ClickCraft first so the order record and production status can be reviewed.
